We are looking for a sociable and energetic colleague who will ensure that each of our clients feels heard and receives the necessary assistance.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Consulting customers by phone and e-mail according to SoliTek service standards, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience;
- Call center administration;
- Coordination of the work of the service team;
- Resolving order fulfillment issues;
- Managing information in internal systems and preparing documents;
- Cooperation with teams from other departments, finding quick and creative solutions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You communicate fluently, clearly able to express your thoughts both orally and in writing in Lithuanian;
- You are brave and not afraid to pick up the phone;
- You know the rules of clerical work and have good computer skills;
- You are meticulous, responsible, independent and result-oriented.
Customer service experience is an advantage, but if you do not have it, your motivation and good energy are more important to us!
