When you join the SVENHEIM team, you will be responsible for:
- administrating business customer inquiries and order management - preparing offers, registering and approving received orders in the business accounting program "Adifakt";
- maintaining communication with customers by e-mail, telephone in English or Scandinavian languages: updating information about the progress of the order, production deadlines, finding solutions in case of changes;
- cooperating with related departments within the company.

- communicability and helpfulness are among the main qualities needed to make the work go smoothly;
- you are attentive and able to quickly understand technical information (furniture types, drawings, materials, etc.);
- you have good computer skills (MS package);
- you speak English well (knowing Norwegian or Swedish would be a great advantage for you);
