About the job position:
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth and high-quality customer service in the European market, take care of customer needs and build long-term, trust-based relationships. We are looking for a responsible, experienced specialist who is able to ensure the highest standard of service quality.
Work functions:
🔸 Communication with customers by phone, email and in person;
🔸 Solving customer inquiries and problems;
🔸 Conclusion of contracts and supervision of their implementation;
🔸 Coordination and optimization of work processes;
🔸 Sales to existing customers (increasing market share);
🔸 Constant communication with existing customers.

Requirements:
🔸 Excellent English language skills;
🔸 Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;

🔸 Excellent organizational skills and time management.
