We are currently actively expanding our company, and we invite a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join the team.
Nature of work:
- Working with existing and new clients
- Searching for cargo, controlling and organizing its transportation
- Communication with clients, negotiations, pricing
- Implementation of set goals
- Solving emerging problems
- Assessing client needs and fulfilling orders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service;
- Communication and negotiation skills, experience in resolving conflict situations;
- Higher or higher education;
- English and Russian language skills in writing and speaking (from B2 level).
- Computer literacy, MS Office package;
