Your responsibilities will be:
- Communication with customers by phone and e-mail;
- Assistance with advice when choosing a product and answering various questions about the assortment, purchasing process, account, store contacts, etc.;
- Honest understanding of customer needs, selection of the most suitable solutions;
- Communication with customer service, sales, commerce or marketing teams in searching and finding solutions.
We hope you:
- You are simple, open and take responsibility;
- You have experience in customer service, in a call center - an advantage that we will appreciate;
- You communicate simply and clearly, fluently and correctly;
- You are able to communicate in English or other foreign languages;
- You are good at working with MS Office programs;
- You can work on weekdays, in two shifts, between 8:00 and 18:00.
