IF YOU:
- have a university degree or equivalent
- be able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing
- like and are able to communicate with people and help them
- know English or Russian at B1 level
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:
- has experience in customer service

- examination of requests submitted by clients, making decisions on service provision
