Nature of work
- Respond to customer inquiries, advise them and help them choose the right solutions;
- Actively offer and sell playground equipment, castable coatings and other company products;
- Prepare commercial offers, estimates and other necessary documents;
- Monitor public procurement, analyze their conditions and submit offers;
- Prepare and negotiate contracts;
- Issue invoices and manage order documents;
- Communicate with customers and employees performing work, provide them with the necessary information;
- Collect order information, transfer it to the factory and monitor the progress of orders;
- Communicate with suppliers and find the most suitable solutions for the customer;
- Maintain good relations with existing customers and look for new customers;
- Supervise the entire order process - from the first customer inquiry to the completion of work;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of Russian, both spoken and written;
- Basics of English;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail);
- Willingness to actively sell, communicate with customers and achieve results;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, attentiveness and ability to plan one's work;
- Ability to independently solve daily tasks;
- Quick orientation and ability to simultaneously supervise several orders;
- Correct Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to learn and delve into the products and services offered by the company;
- Experience in sales, customer service or administration is an advantage;
- Knowledge of public procurement or experience working with CVP IS is a great advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and professional administration of customer inquiries;
- Preparation of accurate commercial offers, contracts, invoices and other documents;
- Monitoring public procurement deadlines and proper submission of offers;
- Correct formation and transfer of customer orders to the factory and suppliers;
- Smooth transfer of information to customers, suppliers and employees performing work;
- Monitoring the progress of order execution and resolving emerging issues;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers;
- Achieving established sales goals;
- Storage of company documents, customer data and confidential information;
- High-quality and timely execution of tasks assigned by the manager.
