Nature of work

We are looking for a responsible, communicative and independent personality who wants to work with foreign clients and become an important part of our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of customer orders and the development of long-term relationships with customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily management of assigned foreign customer accounts – from order confirmation to full fulfillment
  • Main contact person for customers on all issues of order progress, deadlines and execution
  • Close cooperation with production, planning, purchasing, quality and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely order implementation
  • Translating customer orders, needs and requirements into clear and precise instructions for production
  • Active monitoring and resolution of potential risks (deadlines, quality, costs or margins)
  • Ensuring compliance with pricing, payment terms and other commercial agreements
  • Maintaining accurate and updated data about customers and orders in internal systems (ERP)
  • Building long-term customer relationships and account development (repeat orders, larger volumes, wider assortment)
  • Responding to non-standard situations or customer requests timely escalation, providing clear information and possible solutions
  • Contribution to improving internal processes and increasing work efficiency
