At our textile manufacturing company “Haltex” in Alytus, we are looking for a team member who would become the main bridge between our foreign customers and the production team!

Your daily routine and main tasks:
- Order management from A to Z: daily communication with assigned foreign customers, accepting orders and tracking their progress.
- Teamwork: close communication with our production, purchasing, quality and technical teams – you will help transform customer wishes into clear instructions for production.
- Monitoring commercial conditions: ensuring compliance with pricing, deadlines and agreements.
- Situation management: identifying and resolving challenges (quality, deadlines or other issues) that require a quick response together with the team.
- Systems management: maintaining accurate information about customers and orders in the internal system (ERP).
What do we expect from you:
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) – this will be your main working language when communicating with customers.
- Computer-savvy and a desire to quickly understand the systems we use.
- Independence and responsibility: the ability to plan your own day and priorities.
- Warm and clear communication: the ability to find a common language with both a foreign partner and a production foreman.
- Attention to detail and flexibility: anything happens in production, so we value quick orientation and a desire to look for solutions, not blame.
