We are looking for a communicative, responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Manager who will help ensure the highest level of customer service in one of the rapidly growing e-commerce companies.
What are you going to do?
I will consult customers by phone, e-mail and other communication channels.
You will help them choose the most suitable products and resolve issues related to orders.
I will administer orders, returns and warranty service processes.
I will cooperate with logistics, sales and other teams, aiming to quickly resolve customer inquiries.
You will ensure professional, prompt and pleasant customer service.
You will contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates without experience.
