Klientų aptarnavimo vadybininkas (-ė) - Ecommerce Customer Service and account manager (US market)

The 4Coast Design team is currently looking for a customer service manager who will be responsible for order processing and communication with customers to address their issues and resolve them.

Providing customer service through phone, e-mail in a timely and accurate manner;
Contacting suppliers, vendors and delivery companies by phone and email;
Ensuring that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly;
Meeting Amazon and other sales channels performance metrics;
Managing orders in internal order management system ;
Being initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation.
NO cold calling or sales over the phone;

Working schedule: Monday - Thursday From 16.00 till 01.00 , Friday 14:00 - 23:00.
Working hours is a subject of negotiation and a slight flexibility in some cases is possible.

Fluent speaking English (communication with native speakers in USA);
Good communication skills;
Good computer skills;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
Fast learning and multitasking skills;
Critical attention to details;
Taking initiative, willingness to get things done and take responsibility.

work experience in sales or customer support - advantage;
work experience with Amazon or other marketplace - big advantage.

1600-2500 €/mon. gross
Additional bonus system will be offered.

Final offer depends on experience, competence, practical task results and will be provided after interview. Final offer salary might be both lower or higher than the provided range.
