Nature of work
- Accepting orders, communicating with customers via e-mail and telephone;
- Consulting customers on relevant sales issues, solving problems, providing quick feedback;
- Preparing and administering necessary documents, ensuring data quality;
- Collaborating with department colleagues and other departments (Logistics, Planning, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- English language skills at least C1 level (written and spoken);
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word);
- Ability to identify priority tasks, plan your time, work on several tasks at the same time;
- Good communication, collaboration and negotiation skills;
- Initiative, willingness to learn and improve.
