Main responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of existing customer inquiries (active sales will not be required).
- Consulting customers about the company's products and solutions.
- Entering and administering orders in the business management system.
- Cooperation with internal departments, ensuring smooth implementation of orders.
- Coordination of information flows and control of deadlines.
We hope you:
- Able to work with a large amount of information and plan your time effectively.
- You are solution-oriented and able to respond constructively to non-standard situations.
- You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage).
- You have experience working with business management systems.
- You have gained at least 1 year of experience in customer service, order administration, project coordination or a similar field.

While the construction of a new factory is underway in Jonava, the completion of which is planned for spring 2027, upon employment, training and work will be organized at the factory, which is located in Trakai district, Maišinės k. 1-2. Fuel costs are compensated according to the procedure in force in the company.
