In the Customer Service team, you will work with customer orders, contracts, pricing and related processes. You will be an important link between customers and internal departments, helping to ensure that information, documents and order execution are accurate and timely.
In this position, the result of your work will be visible every day: from an accurately administered order to a smoothly served customer. What will we entrust to you
- Administer customer orders, contracts, pricing and related data in information systems.
- Ensure professional customer service, answer customer questions and coordinate the search for solutions together with internal departments.
- Coordinate the order execution process and ensure smooth information and document management.
- Control data accuracy and contribute to the quality customer service process.
- Create and improve customer service tools and information systems according to operational needs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new projects.
It is likely that we are on our way if
- You have a higher university or non-university education or you are a final year student who can combine studies and work.
- You have worked in the field of customer service, order administration, sales administration, logistics or commercial administration.
- You work well with computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- You speak English at least at level B2.
- You are responsible, meticulous, able to plan work and make decisions independently within your competence.
- You have good communication skills and are able to cooperate with different teams.
Advantages:
- Experience working with ORACLE EBS / ERP systems.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
