Nature of work
- Work in a team together with the sales development manager
- Maintenance of the assigned customer basket, active management of customer needs and search for sales growth opportunities;
- Monitoring of customer purchase history, habits and order sequence and timely contacting in order to ensure repeat purchases;
- Active communication with existing and potential customers by phone, e-mail and other communication platforms;
- Active work with customers: plan and carry out calls and send relevant offers, taking into account customer purchase history and needs;
- Informing and consulting customers about existing and new products supplied by the company;
- Identification of sales opportunities in the customer basket and their implementation in cooperation with the sales development manager;
- Preparation of commercial offers to customers and their presentation;
- Coordination of orders - from receipt and entry of the order into the system to its smooth fulfillment for the customer;
- Administration of customer debts and communication with customers on payment issues;
- Cooperation with company departments - sales, purchasing, logistics and production;
- Together with the team, strive to ensure that customer service and the sales process are productive, efficient and focused on long-term customer growth.
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service (advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent communication skills, receptive to innovations;
- Good computer skills;
- Independence, responsibility, striving for better results;
- Willingness to work, learn, improve.
