Customer Service Manager

Professional www.pirkeu.lt customer service by phone, e-mail, live chat (AI);
Customer shipment search, status checking and situation coordination;
Working with incoming calls;
Cooperation with customer service colleagues in foreign projects;
Solving customer problems and responding quickly to inquiries;
Active involvement in the standardization, improvement and development of customer service processes.

At least 1 year of work experience in the field of customer service;
High language culture and excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian;
Good oral and written English skills (German would be an advantage);
Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage stressful situations;
Ability to simultaneously manage a large amount of information;
Knowledge of customer service principles and a strong orientation towards high quality customer service;
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand new systems.
