Customer Service Manager

🔸Customer service by phone, e-mail and social networks.
🔸 Distribution of customer letters and inquiries to colleagues' departments according to their content and form, tracking responses, presenting the final result to the customer.
🔸Real-time assistance to customers in using post offices.
🔸Data entry, tracking, daily reports.
🔸Assisting colleagues in developing and improving customer service services, implementing various projects.

We invite you to work variable, but pre-agreed working hours: some working days you will work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and every second Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

✔️ You are communicative, have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
✔️ You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian is a great advantage.
✔️ You are attentive to details, able to analyze and systematize information.
✔️ You have empathy for the client, are able to work both in a team and independently, know how to plan, organize and monitor your activities.
✔️ You are not afraid to face a large flow of information and unforeseen situations.
