YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS JOB WILL BE:
- Customer service by phone, e-mail and social networks.
- Distribution of customer letters and inquiries to colleagues' departments according to their content and form, tracking responses, presenting the final result to the client.
- Assistance to customers in using mailboxes in real time.
- Data entry, tracking, daily reports.
- Assistance to colleagues in developing and improving customer service services, implementing various projects.
WE HOPE YOU:
✔️ You are communicative, have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
✔️ You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian is a great advantage.
✔️ You are attentive to details, able to analyze and systematize information.
✔️ You have empathy for the client, are able to work both in a team and independently, know how to plan, organize and monitor your activities.
✔️ You are not afraid to face a large flow of information and unforeseen situations.
✔️ You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian is a great advantage.
