This position will require:
- Provide advice to newly registered clients in English, ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to client inquiries (email, phone, chat), ensure a high standard of customer service and a positive customer experience throughout the entire interaction.
- Collaborate with the team, share insights and contribute to the implementation of common goals.
- Propose and implement improvements to customer service processes to achieve greater efficiency and quality.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically with clients.
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality – always looking for opportunities to improve.
- Very good knowledge of English – able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
- Russian language skills – an advantage.
- Customer service experience – if you have it, it will only be better!
