Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager:

• Communicate with customers by phone and email, ensuring that each request is handled with care and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to challenges related to order fulfillment, finding the most effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other company teams to ensure a smooth work process.
• Represent the company and ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Are we interested in you? If so, we expect you to have:

• Experience in customer service (an advantage).
• Ability to speak Lithuanian correctly and fluently, knowledge of Russian (a great advantage) and/or good knowledge of English.
• Internal motivation and perseverance, a desire to help customers and the ability to solve various situations.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent computer and work organization skills.
