You will be responsible for:
- Reception of arriving customers in the office and assistance in filling orders;
- Management of customer requests by phone, e-mail. by mail, on the "Live Help" website;
- Quick decision-making and submission of an offer that meets the client's needs;
- Administration of orders - registration, forwarding of shipment documents to customers, etc.;
- Improving customer satisfaction;
- Close communication with Send cheaper partners (couriers) by phone, e-mail. by mail;
- Informing colleagues in case of any problems.
We hope you:
- Have experience in customer service in person, over the phone and in writing;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Able to manage large information flows well;
- Are an active personality, focused on achieving goals and good work results;
- Are characterized by independence, responsibility, quick reaction and positive thinking;
- Have knowledge of English.
