RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional customer consultation by phone, e-mail and social networks.
- Order administration and provision of information about products.
- Smooth resolution of customer inquiries, complaints and returns.
- Cooperation with stores, warehouse and other departments.
- Entering and updating customer data in systems.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience at every point of contact.
Additional information:
Work location: Maironio g. 11, Kaunas
Working hours: I-V 08:00-17:00
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Computer literacy.
