We are looking for a responsible, communicative and result-oriented customer service manager who would ensure a smooth service process for foreign partners, help resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
- Professional foreign customer service by phone, e-mail and other communication channels (in English).
- Fast and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Order administration and coordination.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Data entry and document administration.

What do we expect from you:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email management, accounting software).
- Fluent in English.
- Similar work experience is an advantage.
