You will be responsible for:
We are looking for a responsible and communicative team member who would contribute to the smooth customer service of "Laytua Europa" wholesale (Lithuanian and export) and MAXzaliuzes.lt e-commerce.
Our product is window coverings (roller shutters, blinds, etc.), so if you are interested in interior solutions, master technical information, enjoy communication and are looking for a stable job - we invite you to apply!

- Entering customer orders into the business programs used by the company;
- Resolving customer claims;
- Communicating with Lithuanian and foreign customers by phone and CRM (Lithuanian and English);
- Organized systematization and transfer of information;
- Preparing commercial offers.
We hope you
- You have experience in customer service;
- You have at least a higher education;
- You speak English (written and oral communication) (Russian is an advantage);
- You have experience with CRM systems (an advantage);
- You are communicative, positive and meticulous;
- You are able to plan work, solve problems and achieve an agreed result.
