Nature of work:
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team and communicate with B2B customers from various foreign countries on a daily basis (communication is only via email). If you enjoy working with customers, are attentive to details and want to contribute to the development of innovative medical products, we invite you to join our team.
What will you do?
What will you do?
- I will communicate with foreign B2B customers in English via email on a daily basis regarding received orders and their execution progress;
- I will analyze orders submitted by customers and consult on technological issues;
- I will administer concluded contracts and coordinate the order execution process;
- You will monitor production deadlines and ensure timely customer information;
- You will maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and contribute to ensuring high customer service quality;
- I will cooperate with production and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.
We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education (can be a final year student);
- You are fluent in English and are able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing (knowledge of German is an advantage);
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience (B2B experience is an advantage);
- You are meticulous, responsible and able to work with a large amount of information;
- You have good planning and organizational skills;
- You are able to make decisions independently and cooperate effectively in a team;
- You are positive and focused on high quality customer service.
