Nature of work:
- Working with existing clients in Europe;
- High-quality and timely client administration, communication support (written and telephone communication);
- Client consulting and prompt problem solving.
Requirements:
- Communication and negotiation skills, experience in resolving conflict situations;
- Experience in sales or customer service;
- Higher or higher education;
- Written and oral English and Russian language skills (from B2 level).
- Computer literacy, MS Office package;
