Join our team and help ensure smooth customer service in Lithuania! We are looking for someone who cares about customer experience and knows how to find an answer to even the most complex question.
Your main tasks will be:
- Respond to customer calls and inquiries via email/other systems
- Provide clear and detailed information about our services, procedures and arrangements
- Register customers for visits and perform other administrative actions
- Ensure high quality of service and professional communication
- Working hours on weekdays from 09:00-18:00
What do we expect from you:
- Clear, correct and polite Lithuanian language (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- Customer service experience would be a great advantage
- Ability to manage large amounts of information and properly prioritize
- Computer skills and quick orientation in systems
- Responsibility, diligence and willingness to help
