As a Customer Service Manager, you will:

• You will communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring a professional and prompt resolution of their inquiries.
• You will resolve issues and problems related to order fulfillment, looking for the most effective solutions.
• You will collaborate with other teams in the company to ensure the smooth ordering process and customer needs are met.
• You will represent the company in communicating with customers and contribute to creating a high-quality customer service experience.

• Experience in customer service (an advantage).
• Ability to use Lithuanian correctly and fluently, Russian (a big advantage) and/or good knowledge of English.
• Internal motivation and perseverance, a desire to help customers and the ability to solve various situations.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent computer and work organization skills.
