We are looking for an active, sociable team member who will take care of customers, administer orders, and contribute to the smooth operation of the team. 🚀
AFTER JOINING THE TEAM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assisting the regional sales manager in organizing and coordinating work with assigned customers;
- Processing of received customer requests;
- Coordination of prices, preparation of contracts with clients;
- Compilation of orders, invoicing;
- Customer debt management;
- Consulting customers on product issues by phone and e-mail. by mail;
- Maintenance of product balances for customers.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have successful experience in similar work;
- Have a higher/postgraduate management education;
- Want to learn and have internal motivation to achieve results;
- Speak English (B1 level);
- Know how to work with a computer (MS Office and Dynamic 365 BC - an advantage);
- In your work activities, you are guided by such values as responsibility, ambition, professionalism, openness, teamwork and customer orientation.
