To advise newly registered Ukrainian clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
To respond quickly and qualitatively to customer inquiries in Ukrainian via e-mail, telephone and chat channels, ensuring a high standard of customer service and a positive customer experience throughout the entire interaction.
To collaborate with the team, share insights and contribute to the implementation of common goals.
To propose and implement improvements to customer service processes in order to increase work efficiency and service quality.

Excellent communication skills – able to communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically with clients.
Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian – both verbally and in writing.
Initiative and desire to improve – you are not afraid to take responsibility and look for ways to work even better.
Knowledge of Russian – an advantage.
Customer service experience – an advantage, but the most important thing is your motivation and desire to learn.
