Employee requirements
Provide advice to newly registered clients in English, ensuring clear, professional communication.
Respond quickly and efficiently to client inquiries (email, phone, chat), ensure a high standard of customer service and a positive customer experience throughout the entire interaction.
Collaborate with the team, share insights and contribute to the implementation of common goals.
Propose and implement improvements to customer service processes to achieve greater efficiency and quality.
