You will consult with customers and actively sell services by phone, e-mail and in the department;
You will coordinate the delivery and return of equipment, ensuring a smooth and timely process;
You will administer orders, documents and customer service-related information in the system;
You will prepare equipment for issuance and acceptance, ensure its proper transfer;
You will prepare calculations and commercial offers and strengthen long-term relationships with customers;
You will work closely with technicians and the sales team to ensure the best solution and quality of service for customers.

You have leadership qualities and experience in customer service;
You are able to independently plan your time, work and clearly set priorities;
You are sociable, you easily establish contact and find a common language with different people;
You are responsible for the work environment, property and daily processes - you behave in a masterly manner;
You value teamwork, cooperation and purposefully pursue common goals;
You are ambitious, result-oriented and ready to reveal your strengths;
You are able to work efficiently, maintain focus on the most important tasks and strive for high quality work.
