Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Professionally advise clients by phone, e-mail and other communication channels, ensuring clear, empathetic and solution-oriented communication;
- Promptly and qualitatively resolve customer inquiries, problems and service disruptions, ensuring compliance with established service standards.
- Manage customer complaints: register, analyze their causes, initiate solutions and provide proposals for the prevention of recurring problems.
- Work with internal IT and CRM systems, ensure accurate and high-quality data entry and updating.
- Provide proposals for improving processes, communication and customer experience.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Communicative and pleasant communication with customers;
- Experience in customer service, sales or commercial field is an advantage;
- Fluent Lithuanian (Russian, English - an advantage);
- Ability to tactfully resolve unpleasant situations;
- Ability to work with a computer and internal systems.
