Customer Service Manager

UAB "Iris" salon in Klaipėda, Nemuno st. 13, requires a customer service manager. We sell interior decoration materials and plumbing of various levels (from economical to luxurious). Customer service managers advise customers on all exhibited goods, but usually each of them is an expert in some narrower group of goods. The professionalism of the consultations affects sales and at the same time the employee's remuneration. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about decoration goods or someone who is helpful and willing to learn. The sales salon is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm, therefore we apply cumulative working time accounting and compensate for hours worked with additional days off.

We would like the candidate to be proactive and helpful. It would be ideal if they had good knowledge of interior decoration or plumbing products.

The employee working in this position would need to periodically replace the warehouse worker when accepting or returning goods from the warehouse, i.e. operate an electric forklift or perform manual loading work.

1500 €/mon. gross
Paid variable depending on personal sales.
