Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who enjoys interacting with people, quickly navigating the flow of information, and taking responsibility for managing accounts and documents.
This is a position for an active person for whom systems and programs are not an obstacle, but a tool. You quickly get used to them, are not afraid of innovations, and are looking for ways to work faster and more efficiently.

● Data collection: You collect all the data needed to prepare invoices and ensure their accuracy.
● Invoicing: You issue invoices on time and prepare all accompanying documents.
● Price list updating: You follow changes and promptly update price lists so that the information provided to customers is always accurate.
● Working with systems: You use freight accounting, accounting and other programs and quickly learn to work with new systems when necessary.
● Customer relations: You are the first person a customer turns to when they have a question - you react quickly, clarify the situation and find a solution.

● Experience (advantage): work experience in the field of transport or accounting is a plus, but most importantly - a desire to learn and develop quickly.
● Technological sensitivity: computer skills are your strength, and new programs do not scare you - you quickly understand how they work.
● English: you speak and write English well.
● Russian (advantage): knowledge of Russian is an additional advantage when communicating with clients.
● Concentration: you are able to concentrate and process a large amount of information in an orderly manner.
● Quick orientation: you feel like a fish in water when searching for information - you quickly find what you need.
● Diligence and responsibility: you are attentive to details, meticulous and responsibly perform and complete each task.
