Acceptance, administration and coordination of orders from customers and business partners from receipt to delivery;
Consulting customers and promptly resolving their inquiries and problem situations;
Administration of orders, invoices and other related documents, data entry and information updating in internal systems;
Acceptance, administration, information collection and situation analysis of customer and partner complaints;
Coordination of complaint solutions in cooperation with production, quality, technology, warehouse, logistics and other company departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues;
Informing customers about the progress of resolving orders, complaints and other issues and the decisions made;
Ensuring professional communication with Lithuanian and foreign customers and partners in English by phone and e-mail;
Identification of recurring customer service or product problems and transferring information to responsible employees;
Cooperation with colleagues in order to improve customer service, order and complaint processing processes.

Employee requirements
Work experience in order or quality management, customer service or sales (in the field of furniture production / trade - a great advantage);
Ability to independently analyze situations;
Professional and constructive communication skills;
Very good English language skills (oral and written);
Solution-oriented, logical and structured thinking;
Ability to cooperate with different departments of the company, ability to formulate information clearly and correctly;
Responsibility, initiative, diligence;
Ability to effectively plan time and ensure timely completion of tasks and work;
Ability to independently analyze situations;
