What are you going to do?
- I will consult clients (creditors) by phone and e-mail regarding debt administration and collection services
- I will help clients to provide information and documents properly
- I will contact clients who have started the registration process but have not completed it
- I will answer clients' questions and help them find the most suitable solutions
- I will administer client requests in internal systems
- I will cooperate with debt administration, legal and other teams
- I will contribute to improving customer service processes and quality
- I will participate in the development and improvement of customer service practices in the Polish market
What do we expect from you:
- Very good knowledge of Polish, both written and spoken
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Good computer skills
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Customer service, sales or administration experience
- Experience working by phone or e-mail with customers
- Knowledge of English
