Customer Service Manager for the Polish market

We are looking for a responsible, communicative, and customer-oriented team member for a manufacturing company who will ensure smooth customer service, administer orders, and actively cooperate with other departments of the organization.

● Serve customers by phone and e-mail, respond to their inquiries and ensure smooth daily communication.
● Receive, administer and track customer orders, prepare and manage related documentation.
● Coordinate cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure timely execution of orders.
● Prepare commercial offers, documentation of contracts and other agreements and monitor the implementation of agreements.
● Analyze customer needs, prepare activity reports for the manager and perform other tasks related to the duties.

● You have a very good command of Polish and Lithuanian (both spoken and written).
● You have experience in customer service, order administration or working with business clients.
● You are able to work with MS Office programs and administer information systematically.
● You are meticulous, responsible and organized and are able to plan your work independently.
● You have good communication skills and an orientation towards quality customer service.

1800 €/mon. gross
A variable bonus is paid, depending on the results achieved.
