Customer Service Manager Polish

Legal Balance is a legal and debt management services company operating in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. As we expand our operations in Poland, we are looking for a customer service specialist with excellent Polish language skills and confident telephone communication skills to join our team.

In this position, you will mainly consult clients in Polish over the phone, as well as answer inquiries by e-mail. You will communicate with creditors – individuals and companies seeking to recover debts. You will present debt management and collection services, help clients decide on their use, and provide assistance with registration and submission of necessary documents.

• Very good knowledge of Polish, both spoken and written – ability to communicate fluently, understand client questions and clearly explain solutions;
• At least one year of experience in customer service or sales by phone;
• Confidence in communicating by phone – ability to listen, ask precise questions and agree on further actions.;
• Ability to help the client decide on a service and orientation towards the agreed result.
• Responsible information management, adherence to agreements and ability to independently organize one's work.

We will consider the following as an advantage:

• Experience in working with incoming customer inquiries and turning them into contracts or sales;
• Experience in a contact center (call center), customer service or sales;
• Knowledge of English.
