We help companies protect trademarks, inventions (patents), designs and copyrights in Lithuania, the EU and around the world. We are looking for an Account Manager in Polish who would become the main contact person for our clients.
Nature of work
Your responsibilities:
- You will be the main contact person for clients - from the first consultation to long-term portfolio management;
- You will consult by phone, online and live on trademark and intellectual property issues;
- You will search for trademarks and other objects in databases and assess registration opportunities and risks;
- You will prepare and manage documents necessary for registration and representation;
- You will maintain order in the CRM system - fill in contacts, statuses and other steps;
- You will implement established sales plans and performance goals;
- You will cooperate with patent attorneys, lawyers and colleagues from other teams.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, both verbal and written;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently organize work and adhere to plans and deadlines;
- Accuracy in working with documents and CRM system;
- Orientation towards results and creating a good customer experience;
- Polish (fluent/native) is the working language. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
