Customer Service Manager

✔ Communicate with clients on all issues by phone, e-mail letters, ensuring a positive customer experience in customer service areas;
✔ You will check consolidated orders in the transport management system AndSoft;
✔ You will check whether the mileage and the preliminary price of the order match;
✔ I constantly communicate with clients on all transportation issues;
✔ You will regularly send information about the status of the tow truck, expected delay, etc. for customers;
✔ Check whether contractual obligations are being met;
✔ You will provide information to the customer about an available truck for a new order;
✔ You will provide information about the truck's ability to drive on the weekend, changing the driver, etc. to the customer;
✔ I will inform the client about planned tractor tech. inspections, service work, etc.;
✔ I will record information about the downtime of each truck due to our fault;
✔ Administer reports and documents.

In addition, a variable part of the remuneration is paid, depending on the work results. The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
