Your main tasks:
🔴Active work with the customer base: Processing potential and existing customers (warm/cold calls, e-mails), identifying cargo transportation needs (partial, full loads);
🔴Processing requests: Calculating freight transportation prices, coordinating the most optimal transportation routes and terms, taking into account the client and transport capabilities;
🔴Registration and management of data in the company's system;
🔴Building and maintaining relationships with customers;
🔴Operational cooperation with colleagues, solving problem situations that arise during cargo transportation.
🔴Processing requests: Calculating freight transportation prices, coordinating the most optimal transportation routes and terms, taking into account the client and transport capabilities;
🔴Registration and management of data in the company's system;
🔴Building and maintaining relationships with customers;
🔴Operational cooperation with colleagues, solving problem situations that arise during cargo transportation.
Requirements for a future transport punk:
👉Have successful, at least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics;
👉Have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
👉Be result-oriented, flexible in changes and boldly take the initiative;
👉Be able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
