Nature of work
- Serve customers by phone, e-mail;
- Consult on heating and hot water supply issues;
- Prepare, conclude and administer contracts;
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide answers;
- Work closely with the team to ensure the highest quality of services.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (advantage – management, business administration, energy or technical studies);
- Experience in customer service, sales or consulting (advantage – experience in the field of energy or heating systems);
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing in correct Lithuanian;
- Ability to work with documents (contracts, administration);
- Responsibility, independence, diligence, result and customer orientation;
- Good computer skills (using MS Office, e-mail, CRM systems);
- Knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.
