Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Professionally advise customers by phone, e-mail and other channels, answering their questions clearly and empathetically;
- Promptly resolve customer problems, inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high-quality customer experience;
- Analyze customer needs and offer the most suitable company service solutions;
- Actively sell services - both by responding to customer inquiries and initiating additional offers;
- Work efficiently with CRM and other internal systems, ensuring data accuracy;
- Cooperate with other departments and contribute to customer service and process improvement.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, empathy and tact;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations and find appropriate solutions for the client;
- Customer orientation, quality and results;
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other departments;
- Fluent Lithuanian, good computer skills; Russian and English - an advantage;
- Customer service or sales experience - an advantage.
