Your mission is to create a great customer experience!
We are looking for an energetic and motivated team member who:
- creates an exceptional customer experience - from the first contact to a successful sale;
- advises customers and helps them select the most suitable HVAC, plumbing, heating and ventilation solutions;
- contributes to the smooth work of the sales team and assists colleagues in daily tasks;
- manages the store's initial accounting according to clearly established procedures.
What do we expect from you:
- successful customer service experience;
- positive communication, initiative and willingness to help customers and colleagues;
- ability to work effectively with a computer;
- willingness to learn and deepen knowledge about HVAC, plumbing, heating and ventilation solutions.
