Customer Service Manager

Working in a team with a sales development manager;
Professional communication with existing and potential customers (by phone, e-mail, communication platforms);
Informing and consulting customers about existing and new products supplied by the company;
Preparing commercial offers for customers;
Coordination of orders: from receiving and entering the order into the system to fulfilling it for the customer;
Administration of customer debts;
Cooperation with the company's departments - sales, purchasing, logistics and production;
Together with the team, strive to ensure that customer service is productive and efficient.

Experience in customer service (advantage);
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent communication skills, receptive to innovations;
Good computer skills;
Independence, responsibility, striving for better results;
Willingness to work, learn, improve.
