Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers in European markets and providing them with high-quality service by phone and e-mail;
- Ordering and coordinating loading and unloading times in customer systems;
- Entering and administering orders in the company's internal system;
- Managing and controlling customer payments;
- Operational cooperation with colleagues from other departments in resolving situations arising during cargo transportation.
We hope you:
- You have at least one or two years of work experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of German, French and other languages is an advantage);
- You are characterized by efficiency, the ability to maintain the pace of work, communication skills and good computer skills;
- You are motivated, result-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
