Customer Service Manager

The first and most important job is to respond to customer inquiries as quickly and qualitatively as possible, coordinate details, and ensure that customers receive the most suitable offers, professional service, and assistance before and after the event.
So, we work with both new and old customers. We communicate with them by phone and e-mail, prepare and coordinate contracts. All information is entered into internal systems.
During the off-season, we do more administrative work, prepare catalogs, search for new entertainment, collect statistics, and create new entertainment. This is a great time to go to events yourself.

The team is not large, so there are a variety of tasks. However, for events to take place and to be held qualitatively, all the details must be coordinated in advance, and customers must be happy.

Events take place at very different times. Therefore, sometimes the staff may ask a specific question during the event, especially if it should have been coordinated, but was not. Working outside of business hours is not a necessity or the norm, but we make mutual agreements so that if a problem arises during the event, answers can be obtained.

We also strongly encourage office employees to go to events, work with entertainment, so that they know firsthand what entertainment and customer experience we are talking about.

Ability to communicate politely but warmly.
Ability to write fluent text without errors.
Basic MS Office and computer skills. Excel is a great friend in such work.
Diligence (!!!) - with each client, you need to coordinate and confirm specific details, enter them into various systems. This must be done very responsibly and carefully every time.

At the moment, we would be very useful to someone who knows how to write sales text (copy) and is friends with Canva or design tools.

Sales, B2B customer service experience is a big advantage.

We are located in Aukštieji Paneriai. So a driver's license will be very useful.
