A company selling packaging materials is looking for a customer service manager for permanent work in Vilnius. Hybrid work model: 2 working days at home, 3 days in the office near the airport.
Working hours 9-18h, one hour shorter on Fridays.

Serve and advise existing customers by e-mail and phone. No need to look for new customers.
Work with business management system, accounting documents.
E-store administration.
