Monthly salary: €1,770.00 - €2,660.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Promptly and qualitatively resolve customer inquiries through various channels
- Analyze customer needs and provide the most optimal solutions
- Ensure smooth execution of inquiries and initiate process improvements
- Cooperate with internal teams to achieve fast and effective implementation of solutions
- Participate in projects and provide suggestions to increase operational efficiency
What do we expect?
- Customer service experience and knowledge of basic customer service principles
- Flexibility to work on a changing schedule
- Fluent Lithuanian
- Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level)
- Positive attitude, promptness and ability to quickly orientate and make decisions
- Experience in active sales
- Experience in the field of logistics - a great advantage
- Initiative, curiosity and desire to contribute to process improvement
