We are looking for a new team member who will become one of the most important people in our company — the person who is the first to meet a client by phone, email or in person.
This is a position for someone who knows how to communicate in a way that after the conversation the client would not want to look elsewhere. For someone who can not only answer questions, but also help them choose the most suitable solution. For someone who understands that good customer service starts with attention, clarity and a sincere desire to help.
You will be the person who will represent our company.

What will need to be done?
In this position, you will be responsible for smooth customer service and daily communication with customers and the team.
Your main responsibilities:
Serving and consulting existing customers via email, phone, and sometimes live;
Referring customers to suitable products or services;
Helping customers choose the most suitable solutions according to their needs;
Administering the e-store;
Developing new products together with the team;
Collaborating with colleagues from sales, marketing, and production departments;
Providing information about orders, deadlines, and services to customers.
You will not need to look for new customers — your main task will be to provide high-quality service to customers who contact us.
Your main responsibilities:
